Internship Opportunities AT IEC 2022 Is Open. IEC is currently seeking candidates to join their various branches as interns for 24 months.

COMMUNICATION AND RESEARCH INTERNSHIP: OUTREACH – PROVINCIAL OFFICE (NORTH WEST) – NW/2022/22259

Communications and Research will be exposed/trained or assist in the development and implementation of a communication strategy and plans for the province, assist in conducting research, and be involved in stakeholder management process of the organisation. The Intern will report to the Assistant Manager: Outreach.

ELECTORAL OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP: ELECTORAL MATTERS – BOJANALA REGION DC37 – NW373/2022/22282

Electoral Operations will be exposed/trained or assist in the co-ordination of electoral related projects for the province. The Intern will report to the Regional Assistant Manager (RAM).

ELECTORAL OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP: ELECTORAL MATTERS – DR KENNETH KAUNDA REGION DC40 – NW403/2022/22285

Electoral Operations will be exposed/trained or assist in the co-ordination of electoral related projects for the province. The Intern will report to the Regional Assistant Manager (RAM).

ELECTORAL OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP: ELECTORAL MATTERS – DR RUTH SEGOMOTSI MOMPATI REGION DC39 – NW392/2022/22284 

Electoral Operations will be exposed/trained or assist in the co-ordination of electoral related projects for the province. The Intern will report to the Regional Assistant Manager (RAM).

ELECTORAL OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP: ELECTORAL MATTERS – NGAKA MODIRI MOLEMA REGION DC38 – NW383/2022/22283

Electoral Operations will be exposed/trained or assist in the co-ordination of electoral related projects for the province. The Intern will report to the Regional Assistant Manager (RAM).

FINANCE INTERNSHIP: CORPORATE SERVICES – PROVINCIAL OFFICE (NORTH WEST) – NW/2022/22262

Finance will be exposed/trained or assist in the co-ordination of finance related projects for the province. The Intern will report to the Deputy Manager: Finance.

LOGISTICS INTERN – MP/2022/22286

Logistics will be exposed/trained or assist in the co-ordination of logistics related projects for the province. The Intern will report to the Senior Warehousing Officer.

How to Apply

  • Applicants for the above position/s should not have a high party political profile.
  • All successful permanent candidates will be required to enter into performance contracts.
  • Should applicants be in possession of a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA).

    • a covering letter with a recent, updated comprehensive curriculum vitae;
    • a copy of all qualification documents;
    • a copy of identity document; and
    • a copy of driver’s licence (if required).

  • A probation period of twelve months will be applicable to permanent employees.
